Shanghai 3TREES New Materials Center creates a comprehensive landmark that seamlessly integrates culture, art, environmental protection, and advanced technology. The design is guided by the core spirit of ‘the Divine Law (Tao) follows Nature,’ drawing inspiration from the Taoist philosophy of ‘One is the child of the divine law. After one come two, after two come three, after three come all things.’ Its establishment not only reflects the brand’s optimistic vision of ‘Standing upright, greening the world’ but also showcases the explorations and achievements in sustainable development made by Chinese enterprises to the world.
Nature and technology are harmoniously intertwined within this comprehensive space. The ground floor features an exhibition hall for SKSHU’s brand and corporate culture, using classic lacquer materials to artistically present the outstanding achievements of scientific research and innovation—a testament to SKSHU’s technical prowess and product uniqueness. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, office spaces follow the principle of merging into nature, with flexible layouts and upper-lower linkage to meet basic office needs and foster a vibrant, open work environment. A standout feature is the lacquer culture exhibition hall spanning the fourth and fifth floors. This space serves both as a showcase of enterprise spirit and as a prominent platform for Chinese lacquer craftsmanship. It contributes to the preservation and promotion of intangible cultural heritage while evoking emotional and artistic resonance among visitors. On the sixth floor, the rooftop city garden provides a tranquil retreat where visitors can reconnect with nature and engage with reality.
