The wedding venue is situated in Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province, where the two couples preferred a luxurious, modern, and atmospheric wedding scene. To fulfill this vision, the design team adopted the luxurious and romantic theme of the ‘Dubai Garden’ as the framework for the entire banquet space, contributing to a design with ritual sense and visual impact.
A sort of central axis symmetry infused in the welcoming corridor and the banquet hall creates a appealing balance. The welcoming area features lush green turf trimmed with floral arrangements, while the main site is adorned with an abundance of purple flowers complemented by low green plants, contributing to a stunning visual effect like a ‘sea of flowers’ that immerses guests in a vibrant atmosphere.
At the heart of the venue, a spiral of flowers elegantly integrates with the main walkway specific for the bride. This design not only enhances the spatial hierarchy but also directs the guests' attention to the bride, making her absolutely the focal point of the event. Additionally, the circular layout counters the monotony of a traditional straight walkway, fostering a more dynamic and aesthetic wedding environment.
The ambiance of the venue is further elevated by the combination of large crystal chandeliers and stage lighting, which brings out the essence of the overall atmosphere. The lighting design is multi-layered, the ornate fixtures above casts a soft, diffused glow, while spotlights are dedicated to the bride and groom, accentuating their prominence as the main roles and enhancing the sacred and solemn nature of the occasion.
The central arched dome and the European palace colonnade contribute architectural elegance and cultural essence to the setting. The symmetrical design reinforces visual balance and provides a grand backdrop for their appearance, amplifying the overall sense of magnificence in the scene.
The large illuminated emblem on the steps symbolizes the couple's bond of love, and as the lights are unlit, this prominent logo will capture the attention of the entire setting.
