This diverse cloud based lifestyle model, covering an area of approximately 560000 square meters, is located in Bagualing, the eastern wing of the "one axis, two wings" layout. It faces the lush Yinhu Mountain, Bijia Mountain, and passionate sports park, and is backed by the towering buildings and bustling commercial center of the city. Suibao Yipin is destined to become a new gateway for the intersection of ecological landscape and urban vitality. The distinctive architectural complex was designed by internationally renowned architectural firm AEDAS Kadar Global, whose latest work is Gidori, an ultra-modern golf community in the new Saudi Arabian city of NEOM. The garden landscape is planned by the globally renowned landscape design company AECOM. The designer starts from the terraced features of the building facade and breaks down the architectural landscape into the majestic and elegant mountain scenery on the ground level, the lush linear green corridors on the lower level, the winding and dynamic water features on the skirt roof, and the light and pleasant cloud theme on the upper level, based on green retreat and three-dimensional ecology. Creating an ecological space with the concepts of health, environmental protection, and recyclability, providing people with a good sensory experience. The towering "Sky Garden" is located at an altitude of over 150 meters. Whether you climb the cloud top floating platform through the landscape staircase or walk to the exclusive terrace through the streamlined staircase, you can embrace the open scenery of the original ecological forest of Yinhu Mountain and the mountain ponds and lakes of Bijia Mountain. Incorporating gardens into the design helps the building to breathe fresh air and control carbon dioxide levels. In addition, it provides an aesthetic appearance to the building. On the natural urban skyline of Shenzhen, mountains and waters blend together, communication is boundless, and the spatial strokes full of infinite possibilities unfold from here.
