This is a restaurant specializing in new-style Huaiyang cuisine, primarily catering to business banquets, it features exclusively private dining rooms without open seating. Each room offers a unique view, where guests not only savor the flavors but also experience diverse regional cultural aesthetics.
The front tea area is separated by screens, meticulously crafted with crabapple flower patterns symbolizing wealth and prosperity. The ceiling, mimicking Xuan paper texture, evokes the charm of literati ink paintings. Corridors resemble streets and alleys. At corners, stone sculptures with floral arrangements recreate the ambiance of Strange Stone and Crabapple by Qi Baishi, subtly fragrant and vividly blooming. The dining rooms, themed “Nine Chuan” showcase nine rooms representing different regional cultures. The designer blends Eastern aesthetics with contemporary art, presenting a sense of new-style artistic expression and poetic ambiance.
