The brand Sime Darby, originally from the UK and later developed into a Malaysian enterprise, is now making its return to the Taiwanese market. To align with the brand’s vision, the designer integrated the company's culture and facilities with international trends, meticulously planning for the needs of six departments.
In the initial planning stages, the atmosphere was clearly defined with wood textures and light color tones. However, it was a deep understanding of the company culture that truly addressed the users' needs. The flow and open layout were designed to enhance close collaboration among employees, reflecting the core values and goals of the business. Employees build consensus in an environment surrounded by light and wood textures. From the first ray of sunlight to the fading evening glow, continuous exchanges of ideas take place. Moreover, the overall lighting design prioritizes natural light, complemented by indirect lighting to enhance openness and brightness.
