This project pertains to the planning of a sizable private residential property. The design ethos centers on simplicity, with an emphasis on light hues and the incorporation of expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to infuse the open public areas with natural light, thereby cultivating an ambiance of refinement. Acknowledging the presence of young children within the household, the designers implemented deliberate adjustments to the space, notably introducing curved lines at the entrance to mitigate the risk of collisions and imbue a gentler aesthetic across the overall design. Moreover, the design team capitalized on the generous spatial layout by integrating a dedicated laundry room and streamlining the room's flow through the strategic connection of the master bedroom with the foyer.

The open floor plan spanning from the living room to the dining area and kitchen fosters a sense of spaciousness, offering unrestricted mobility for the occupants. The light-toned decor, coupled with gently curved architectural details, imbues the entire space with a warm and inviting ambiance. Notably, the flooring incorporates mineral coating, a natural material renowned for its distinctive texture and color, and for its capacity to regulate ambient humidity, thereby contributing to a healthful and comforting domestic environment. Following the removal of the partition wall, the enlarged expanse engenders an even greater sense of openness. Positioned behind the living room's sofa is a generously proportioned dining table suitable for accommodating numerous individuals, as well as facilitating work or leisure activities. The kitchen floor, adorned with dark-hued tiles, not only exhibits soil resistance and ease of maintenance but also serves to demarcate the culinary domain distinctly. Moreover, the kitchen integrates an array of wall-mounted storage units and a central island bar, optimizing spatial efficiency without compromising functional versatility.

In the transition to the private domain, the master bedroom adheres to a design specification characterized by a simple layout and curved lines. The window curtains, distinct from the white gauze curtains in the public areas, are specifically selected for their strong shading properties, ensuring the residents' ability to rest at any time.
