The project takes “Nanyang Slow‑Paced” as its stylistic core, naturally interweaving the nostalgic memories of the Nanyang region with the gentle, humid climate of Zhangzhou. Olive‑green geometric tiles revive the aesthetic DNA of old‑era mansions; palm‑leaf‑shaped brass pendant lamps hang with crystal tassels, while blue‑and‑white porcelain and gilded tea wares bring East and West together over every meal and cup. On the off‑white wainscoting, tropical‑plant textures in the same hue emerge with the faintest brushstroke – barely there, yet evocative.

The greenery of areca palms, bougainvillea, and the sky garden flows into the interior, while warm light washes over hand‑painted murals and the tactile surfaces of objects – languid, composed, and never ostentatious. With restrained vintage expressions, Zoom Design ensures that the Nanyang flavour never deteriorates into a mere pile‑up of symbols, but instead grows into a livable, slow‑paced way of life.
