This ambitious project centers on the renovation of a municipal council chamber, firmly anchored in three guiding principles: intelligent co-construction, environmental sustainability, and refined inclusivity. By seamlessly weaving together the warmth of urban cultural heritage with the innovative vision of a smart city, the design crafts an exceptional decision-making environment that not only enhances administrative efficiency but also reinforces civic identity and fosters genuine human connection. At the heart of this transformative space lies a grand circular conference table—a powerful symbol of cross-departmental collaboration and open civic dialogue. Moreover, the chamber is defined by its impressive ceiling height, soaring nearly nine meters, which creates an expansive atmosphere. The design incorporates segmented facade divisions and layered horizontal bands of light that work in concert, producing a spatial order that is both dignified and unmistakably contemporary. Ultimately, this thoughtful design embodies the essence of civic governance, making it not only visible and tangible but also enduring within the space. Through its careful consideration of elements and principles, the renovated chamber stands as a testament to the future of community engagement and participation.

The circulation of the space is thoughtfully designed around three guiding principles: clarity, fluidity, and directionality. Consequently, traffic flow is expertly managed and regulated through three dedicated entry points. As visitors enter through the main entrance, they are welcomed into an inviting registration and waiting area, where walls adorned with light-toned melamine board, rich wood-grain paneling, and flame-retardant fabric create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. These design elements are further enhanced by elegant curved edge detailing and precise metallic accents, which not only soften the imposing vertical scale but also imbue the arrival sequence with a subtle sense of ceremony.

Upon entering the main chamber, visitors will be drawn to a striking circular conference table that serves as the centerpiece for focused decision-making. Complementing this, a central platform showcasing civic imagery powerfully reflects the ideals of open and transparent governance. Surrounding the table, thoughtfully arranged seating includes the chairperson's position and spaces for agency leadership, alongside dedicated equipment operation zones.
