JIANLAI Floor Spring

Guided by a space-maximizing design philosophy, the JIANLAI Floor Spring breaks free from the rigid constraints that traditional floor springs impose on door movement. It enables a 180° flat opening, maximizing hallway space and ensuring that the door does not obstruct passersby when opened. It also supports 360° inward and outward opening, holds position at 90°, and allows free stop beyond 120°, making it highly convenient for commercial door applications.
Equipped with a unique two-stage speed adjustment mechanism—Stage 1 from 120° to 20°, and Stage 2 from 20° to 0°—it allows the closing speed to be finely tuned clockwise or counterclockwise to meet the needs of different scenarios and users. This delivers a gentle, light door opening and a controlled, cushioned door closing.
Thanks to its ultra-thin twin-cylinder design and high-quality cast iron construction, this minimalist floor spring supports doors up to 200 kg in weight and 1,300 mm in width, making it ideal for office buildings, retail stores, and similar environments where simple, elegant aesthetics are key. It also features full adjustability (up/down, left/right, high/low) to accommodate various door configurations.
The main body is made of cast iron, with a stainless steel outer shell and a double-layer painted finish. This provides excellent corrosion and rust resistance, ensuring long-term durability and reliability, even in cold climates.
