Located by Yongning Gate in the ancient city of Xi’an, this Whiskey Lounge integrates a micro retail & exhibition concept into its design, blending traditional Chinese artifacts with Western whiskey culture.
Two kiln-styled installations are constructed in the space, with artifacts displayed inside to reimagine the firing process. The intense warmth of the kilns contrasts sharply with the cold texture of concrete, creating a strong visual impact and a fresh spatial experience. We have delicately balanced the ambient lighting of the lounge with the red glow simulating kiln fire, achieving a restrained yet expressive atmosphere.
