XTEP 360X, a pair of running shoes, strikes a balance between stability, comfort, energy efficiency, and propulsion, which aims to enhance the athletic experience for marathon beginners and meet the everyday wear needs of Asians.
The midsole, crafted using unique XTEP ACE technology and PISA supercritical foaming technology, improves shock absorption by 3.7% to significantly reduce the landing impact force for knee protection; besides, its resilience up to 75% offers more responsive feedback upon ground contact. Considering the differences in foot shape between Asians and Europeans, the design team has tailored the shoes with a wider front part in the midsole and a raised upper for Asian feet. Furthermore, 360X adopts a soft, breathable eighteen-needle flyknit upper to ensure a close yet comfortable fit while preventing heat accumulation inside the shoes, contributing to a good wearing experience for users.
Thanks to its upgraded T400 special-shaped carbon plate with a bifurcated design, the outsole increases landing stability by 4.2% to better safeguard the feet, which also enhances propulsion performance by 17% to help users save more energy during exercise and thus motivate them to stick to running. Additionally, 360X incorporates the thick foam padding around the heel for ankle support, effectively avoiding ankle sprains.
