Concept: CircuVita redefines architecture not as a temporary commercial product, but as an organic entity with "Endless Life". Inspired by the vernacular Taiwanese Ting-a-kha, the design utilizes a building setback to create a semi-outdoor "Co-shared" plaza. This transforms a private sales center into an inclusive community hub, weaving sustainability into the tangible texture of daily life.
Innovation: We replaced traditional concrete construction with a "Design for Disassembly" (DfD) strategy. Utilizing BIM and prefabricated modular steel structures with bolted connections. This innovative structural leasing model ensures components are 80% structurally reusable, allowing the building to be dismantled and relocated rather than demolished.
Sustainability: Adopting the PAS 2080 carbon management standard, we manage emissions across the whole building life cycle. From "Dry Method" construction to "Renewable Paving" and "Biomass Power" recovery, every phase is calculated to achieve genuine net-zero emissions.
Core Narrative
The Problem: Conventional reception centers are "one-time creations" characterized by short lifespans and massive resource waste. Once their marketing purpose ends, these heavy carbon footprint structures are demolished, burdening the environment with construction debris.
The Solution: CircuVita adopts an "Assembled, not Built" approach. By using modular steel framing and dry construction methods, we ensure the building touches the earth lightly. When its 3-year mission concludes, the structure is disassembled, and the land is restored to its original state—leaving no trace behind.
The Data: Our commitment to decarbonization is validated by National Dual Certification, achieving the highest honors in sustainability:
Low Carbon Reduction 44% Label (Jade Level): We achieved a verified 44% reduction in total emissions compared to conventional projects (369,766 kgCO2e vs. 658,245 kgCO2e).
Circular Economy 57% Label: Through high-efficiency material selection and modularity, we achieved a 57% resource circulation efficacy.
Environmental Benefit: This reduction is equivalent to the annual carbon absorption of over 64,000 trees, significantly mitigating our environmental impact.
The Impact: CircuVita is more than a sales space; it is a "living textbook" for the public. By integrating an intergenerational playground and educational exhibits, we prove that a temporary building can leave a permanent, positive legacy on the community and the planet.
