This project is a modern space that integrates cultural heritage, intellectual brilliance, and the Olympic spirit. It draws inspiration from the historical "crown" symbols of Tianjin, reflecting its deep roots in commerce, academia, and international vision. The design takes a multi-layered approach, utilizing thematic domes to symbolize various aspects of Tianjin's legacy, from its rich commercial history to its role in the Olympic era.
The space is organized around functional zones that cater to social networking, health, and cultural experiences. The front hall features a grand dome inspired by the Tianjin Olympic Sports Center, symbolizing the "Crown of Light." This space merges contemporary aesthetics with precision design, using geometric deconstruction of the "laurel crown" to form a prominent ground emblem.
The water bar area continues the crown motif with dynamic, flower-like shapes, and its translucent stone platform evokes clarity and elegance. The negotiation area employs a restrained dome design, with soft, filtered light creating a noble, serene atmosphere that encourages intellectual dialogue. The book bar, as the culmination of the "Crown Rings," uses a light, transparent dome to symbolize the illumination of wisdom.
The audiovisual room and fitness area offer immersive experiences, with the audiovisual room designed as a "quiet starry sky theater," and the fitness area focusing on natural light and humanistic warmth. The yoga area uses mirrors and green shadows to create a peaceful, introspective space, while the children's area evokes a playful, forest-like environment.
The swimming pool area, the final chapter of this narrative, features a petal-shaped ceiling, inspired by the four-leaf clover logo. The space combines luxury, nature, and the cultural significance of Tianjin's rivers and seas, completing the project’s journey from heritage to modernity.
