The project is located in the Taizi Bay area of Shenzhen, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Shenzhen Bay, and the grandeur of both Big and Small Nanshan Mountains. This area represents a convergence of romance, art, freedom, and modernity, with a vibrant commercial district within walking distance. The design theme for the project is "Seeking Fragrant Utopia," aimed at creating a relaxing, social, and elegant residence for forward-thinking, fashionable, high-level single professional women in the workplace.
The overall soft furnishing design of the space is centered around shades of pink and purple. The living room adopts the design theme of "Floral Fantasy," with a beige carpet defining spatial areas while creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The choice of a curved sofa seamlessly aligns with the 270° floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. The coffee table is crafted from pink crystal marble in the shape of clover petals, exuding a delicate sense of craftsmanship. Single chairs, upholstered in deep purple velvet, serve as visual focal points in the space, harmonizing with the purple gradient art on the living room walls.
The dining table continues the use of pink crystal marble, complemented by elegantly curved glassware and purple-themed floral arrangements. The arrangement of these elements is artfully done, with varying heights and distinct layers. At the end of the corridor, there is a purple artistic textured painting, shining under the lights with a captivating glow, resembling a natural purple gemstone.
The aromatherapy studio captivates with artistic wallpapers that appeal to celebrity aesthetics, exuding an elegant and sophisticated ambiance. Paired with luxurious stone furniture, the space is crafted to be minimalist yet tasteful. Aromas define personalities, with a vintage Avon perfume from the 1970s patiently awaiting its owner. The aromatic blending area is seamlessly integrated into the study design, creating a free, comfortable, and focused environment for work and creativity.
The master bedroom adopts the design theme of "Enchanted Garden." This oversized master suite draws inspiration from the spatial design of resort hotel suites, allowing residents to enjoy a refined hotel-like lifestyle in the comfort of their own home.
