A shoe-changing vestibule marks the entrance area, artfully framed in blue to delineate interior and exterior spaces. The meeting room’s sloped ceiling extends upward by blue structural lines, simulating the silhouette of a house. Linear lighting embedded along the slope emphasizes this gesture. In the office and lounge, a warm-white expanded metal ceiling introduces a sense of openness and airiness. Floor materials subtly guide the mood: gray stone-patterned tiles define the meeting room and corridor, echoing the simplicity of traditional indigo dyeing workshops and encouraging focus; the office area shifts to wood flooring with white furnishings, skillfully setting a calm, welcoming tone.
A central corridor anchors the spatial plan. On the left side sit three office zones; opposite them are the meeting room, lounge, and manager’s office. Placing the meeting room near the entrance supports course enrollment and provides convenient access for visitors. Equipped with a large screen and a long table, it can easily transition into a dedicated teaching space via roller blinds. The office area extends deeper into the plan, creating a progression from public to private. Each desk is paired with an aluminum-framed divider and two low cabinets to provide sufficient storage. Besides, the arrangement strategically shields workers from corridor movement without disrupting visibility, resulting in an open yet discreet workspace with layered privacy.
All finishes feature low-formaldehyde, odor-free, eco paints, protecting indoor air quality from the outset. The lounge’s large windows are fitted with roller blinds to soften afternoon heat gain, easing the cooling load and reducing energy consumption. Within a modest budget, the team prioritized durability and quality over superficial embellishment, ensuring long-term usability and simple maintenance—a balance of aesthetics, function, and environmental responsibility.
