DESIGN
Designed mainly for urban patios and balconies, the Vilicci Maestro electric grill is a fresh take on our original idea to bring uncompromised grilling experience to those who value outstanding product quality and sweat-free cooking. These compact and easy-to-use electric grills provide the best grilling experience without the hassle of open fire grills.
INSPIRATION
Minimalism, usability and comfort. Maestro grills fit perfectly into most interiors or exteriors of any home. Due to its more compact design our smokeless electric grills are perfect for grilling even on smaller urban balconies where open fire grills are simply not option. Efficiency, safety and environmental consciousness all played a key role when designing our flameless electric grills.
TECHNOLOGY
Placed under the stainless-steel cook top, a 3 mm thick copper heating plate was integrated in order to achieve an exceptionally even heat distribution on the cook top. The grilling surface can be heated to a maximum of 535 F (280 Celsius) making Maestro the perfect grill for virtually any food. Due to its built-in precision temperature adjuster the heat on the cooking plate can be set precisely.
The outer ring around the cook top can be used to hang grilling tools with the help of four stainless-steel hooks. Additionally, there is a drip groove around the cooking top which collects any excess grease in two included containers – so all you have to do after you are done grilling is to wipe off the cook top surface.
MATERIAL
The structure of the grill is made entirely of industrial-grade stainless steel down to the last bolt. Our grills are completely weather proof, so you will never have to worry about exposing them to the elements. All stainless steel parts are precision engineered and CNC machined. The cook top is hand polished to achieve superb surface finish which is easy to clean and super hygienic.
