This fabric centers on innovative integration: the outer layer uses perforated lustrous nylon filaments as base material while the inner layer is made of mugwort processed by nano-level grinding. The powder is then mixed with composite powders of volcanic rock and aerogel using patented multifunctional porous composite powder technology, and the blend is further processed via high-temperature spinning to produce the final fabric. It combines rich texture, comfort, durability, health benefits, and thermal performance, meeting consumers’ multiple demands.
The outer layer is made of round-section nylon filaments. Its unique perforated structure significantly enhances breathability, making it suitable for high-intensity activities or prolonged wear. Retaining nylon’s high strength and abrasion resistance, it is further upgraded with a PFC-free Level 4 water-repellent finishing agent, adapting to complex outdoor environments. The fabric’s upgraded inner layer contains mugwort fibers rich in natural antibacterial compounds and featuring anti-mite properties, helping to reduce odors and the risk of skin allergies. Complemented by zinc’s long-lasting antibacterial effect, the fabric forms a dual protective barrier. Additionally, the fabric releases negative ions, which improve air quality, alleviate fatigue, and enhance comfort during extended wear. Volcanic rock and aerogel deliver lightweight insulation through their honeycomb porous structure. Coupled with the 4C groove yarn design that increases loft, internal thermal circulation is improved for long-lasting warmth. Moreover, the fabric emits far-infrared radiation to promote subcutaneous blood circulation and alleviate joint chill, particularly suitable for cold-sensitive individuals.
Adhering to the principle of sustainability, the inner layer is made from natural mugwort. Dyed with Class A infant-safe dyes, the fabric is free of fluorescent agents and formaldehyde. The production process utilizes Kyoritsu air-jet looms from Japan and calenders imported from Germany. Compared to conventional equipment, these high-end machines reduce energy usage by up to 40%, lower defect rates, and maximize resource utilization.
