Open Floor Design of Yueying Yonghe Garden

Following the design concept of an open and interconnected “Roaming Park in Community”, the design blends public space with a garden tour experience. The open floor features a variable "plant window" to offer a variety of viewing forms such as artistic boating conception, childlike style, and tropical landscape style. This allows the natural landscape to seamlessly extend under the eaves and integrate with the landscape surrounding the residential buildings.

The design takes inspiration from "moon" and "lotus", which are Yue and He in its Chinese project name. The lotus, which grows in sludge, parallels the process of decorating the home. Just as the lotus emerges gracefully from murky conditions, good design enhances the beauty of the space. The canopy-like lotus leaves provide shade from the sun, while the strong lotus pods store many seeds, echoing the open floor that protects residents from sun and wind while offering comprehensive functions and space.

The architectural design features an elegant beige tone, transparent glass, imitation stone paint, aluminum plates, and stone materials to enhance the texture aesthetics of architecture. Giving priority to "comfort and livability," the interior furnishings use wood veneer that showcases the annual rings, which harmonizes beautifully with the greenery in the community. Off-white sandstone, gray stone ground, walnut wood veneer, and some copper-colored metal create a natural and serene ambiance. The soft decoration incorporates natural textured solid wood and genuine leather to evoke a sense of time.
