This supply chain-based full-process traceability platform for composite fibres is capable of processing relevant data and information, establishing models, and managing records for composite fibres. Through an efficient information-based model, it enables convenient management, supports on-demand data processing, and meets sound management requirements. Supported by Internet of Things (IoT) technology, the platform integrates RFID, two-dimensional codes, and sensor networks to achieve full-process data collection and tracking of composite fibres from raw material procurement, production and processing, warehousing and logistics to end sales. Through high-frequency, minute-level data monitoring, including temperature, humidity, tension, and process parameters, combined with real-time analysis via edge computing, it can dynamically warn of abnormal nodes, such as raw material deterioration or transportation deviations, thus ensuring quality controllability and supply chain transparency.
As a cloud computing software, the system employs the MVC-based Struts framework, the IoC-based Spring framework, and the object/relational mapping framework Hibernate to achieve efficient MVC invocation. It also relies on the Spring Cloud microservice architecture to support collaborative data interaction among multiple roles, including suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers. Furthermore, the platform incorporates a big data analysis engine, such as Spark, and predicts fibre quality degradation trends through machine learning models like LSTM. It automatically generates supply chain optimization solutions such as inventory allocation and transportation route planning, which can reduce the loss rate by over 15%.
