This project is rooted in the cultural context of the Silk Road, integrating the monumental forms of Central Plains architecture with the dynamic aesthetics of Dunhuang art. The main structure adopts the classical double-eave hip-and-gable roof design from the Han and Tang dynasties, adorned with glazed tiles to recreate the solemnity of traditional architecture. Walls combine replica techniques of Dunhuang murals with hand-painted lacquer artworks, reinterpretating a millennium of historical lineage through contemporary craftsmanship.
