Taking into account the owner’s profession, this designer has meticulously transformed this residence into an elite clubhouse, seamlessly merging both residential comfort and commercial functionality. To effectively accommodate the diverse needs of these dual purposes, the design team transformed the original four-bedroom layout into a more versatile three-bedroom configuration. This strategic redesign features a luxurious double master bedroom, complemented by an expansive open-plan living room, dining area, and study, creating an inviting atmosphere for both relaxation and productivity.
Moreover, with careful attention to the overall layout and functional design, this space ensures that occupants can enjoy the utmost comfort whether they are unwinding after a long day, hosting family gatherings, welcoming guests, or conducting work meetings. In addition to optimizing functionality, the aesthetic appeal of the residence has also been thoughtfully considered. The design reflects the owner’s personality and preferences through the use of light, soothing colors, elevated yet subtle materials, and gracefully curved elements.
