This project centers around the meticulous landscape planning for a luxury residential enclave, themed “Living by the Water: A Luxurious and Secluded Lifestyle.” The vision is to craft an exquisite environment that radiates elegance and sophistication, setting a new benchmark for high-end residences in the area. Nestled in the picturesque heart of Tongxiang Fenghuang Lake, the site is graced with breathtaking lake views that serve as a stunning backdrop. To fully leverage this natural beauty, our design team has embraced an innovative approach by integrating water features into the landscape. This includes the creation of a captivating "floating island water courtyard," elegantly nestled among the urban structures. This unique feature not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the residence but also provides residents with a serene, resort-like living experience. By fostering a harmonious relationship between nature and modern architecture, we aim to offer a lifestyle that is both luxurious and tranquil, allowing residents to immerse themselves in a peaceful oasis while enjoying the conveniences of contemporary living.


The landscape design boasts an impressive green space ratio of 35%, creating a vibrant and inviting environment. The residential area features eight elegantly themed core gardens, each designed to offer a unique experience. These include a luxurious hotel-style entrance that welcomes residents and guests alike, a serene floating island water courtyard that serves as a tranquil retreat, and a modern living room garden perfect for social gatherings. Further enhancing the area, there's a healing and refreshing field designed for relaxation and wellness, alongside a picturesque riverside garden that provides a peaceful waterfront experience. For those seeking an active lifestyle, the fitness garden offers spaces for exercise and outdoor activities, while the children's fun park invites joy and playfulness for the younger residents.
