The project is located in Liangjiang Village, Heshan Street, the new high-speed railway district of Pujiang County, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It is adjacent to Yujiabian, a famous historical and cultural village. The plot is adjacent to Pujiang River in the west and Wang'e Mountain in the east, with unique Natural landscape and cultural resources.
As a comprehensive community with a complex business format along the banks of mountains and rivers, Shoukai District serves as an important service engine for the park. Its design takes "natural growth along the waterfront" and "rural hometown life" as the starting point for thinking, shaping a building community that grows naturally like a local waterfront village, and a sustainable hometown lifestyle that has long disappeared in the distance. Its functions cover such service functions as exhibition, high-end catering, banquet, leisure and recreation, and more importantly, it is to build a suburban leisure town integrating "agriculture", "tourism", "business" and "residence", and truly write the natural, village and rural life into life.
This kind of architectural semantic feedback on the unique natural attributes of the project site, with the ultimate goal of designing a vacation style rural life, as a place accompanying nature and a "utopian village" where daily life is located, the architecture and environment have a spatial state of free layout.
Following the cultural heritage card of the ancient county with a history of thousands of years, through the spatial study of the samples of regional traditional buildings such as Yujiabian historical villages and Heshan Academy, so that the buildings can be integrated into the Natural landscape.
The architectural form emphasizes the style of traditional residential civil construction, and different blocks of buildings adopt different techniques in facade style treatment. By drawing on materials and practices with distinct regional characteristics such as traditional tile, stone, and wood, the local wilderness is interpreted in a modern and simple way.
