This project redefines modern residential living by harmonizing architectural elegance with nature's serenity. Located in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, this project comprises 11 meticulously designed four-story townhouses that embody a seamless balance between functionality, aesthetics, and environmental integration.
The architectural design celebrates simplicity and sophistication. The facade features natural materials, earthy tones, and vertical black louvers that lend both rhythm and purpose to the structure. These elements ensure privacy, optimize ventilation, and provide effective shading while presenting a timeless visual appeal that complements the tranquil surroundings.
Inside, the design prioritizes open, light-filled spaces that cater to contemporary family living. Expansive French windows, open terraces, and private courtyards dissolve the boundary between indoors and outdoors, inviting abundant natural light and offering panoramic views.
