Luminous Essence

To meet the needs of the house owners who prefer a calm atmosphere and simple colors, the space decoration is based on geometric lines, supplemented by neutral color building materials, including gray glass, metal weathering board, water mold texture paint and other gray materials to construct the overall basic framework. Moreover, in an effort to address the concerns of space congestion, the public area adopts an open pattern and creates a semi-penetrating partition wall, allowing the view to extend to the study room and maintaining a spacious feeling in the living area.
In order to meet the living needs of two large and two small houses, this 33-ping single-story house is planned to be four-bedroom and two-bedroom; among them, three rooms are used as bedrooms, and another room area is reserved for an additional room before renovation, which is used as a follow-up study room and piano room, providing an exclusive space for the owner to work at home and for children to practice the piano.

The living area adopts an open design, integrating the living room, dining room and island-style design, avoiding excessive space cutting and becoming crowded, and facilitating the flow of light and air to create a comfortable living atmosphere

In terms of details, in addition to planning a separate storage cabinet for numerous audio equipment, and specially using translucent stone to decorate the TV wall, it creates a bright space for the living room. As for the newly added island-style design, it is not only the tea area and the auxiliary kitchen preparation function, but also the light food bar, which plays the effect of achieving a lot at one stroke and greatly improves the utilization rate of space.
