This thermal underwear set is specially designed for slightly plump boys weighing between 40 kg to 130 kg. With a focus on "comfort and peace of mind", it combines a unique Max Ergonomic design, high-quality fabrics, and innovative craftsmanship to ensure an ideal fit—no tightness, no pressure, no restriction, only comfort.
Tailored for boys with rounder tummies, fuller hips, and thicker legs, this thermal underwear set is made from 220g Shu Velveteen, a weft-knitted coral fleece that offers an exceptionally soft feel while maintaining high durability. The fabric also offers 1.5 times more stretch, ensuring a comfortable, pressure-free fit that adapts to their movements. Boys with fuller figures often face discomfort from pinching or friction, which can lead to red marks or itching around the waist. They also desire to stay dry and comfortable all day long. To meet these needs, the waistband utilizes a moisture-wicking, quick-dry, and highly elastic fabric. Additionally, the seamless one-piece design integrates three layers into a single, ultra-comfortable layer, providing a zero-pressure fit.
Catering to the unique needs of plumper boys as they grow, the pants are innovatively designed with a MAX Ergonomic U-shaped Capsule and a MAX Ergonomic V-shaped gusseted crotch. These features allow boys to freely engage in activities without worrying about pinching or tightness in the crotch area. Considering that plumper children may sweat more, which can lead to skin sensitivity, this thermal underwear set is treated with 7A antimicrobial technology, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for the skin. Even after 150 washes, it still maintains excellent antibacterial effectiveness.
Special attention has been paid to the craftsmanship to tackle a common issue for plumper children: thigh friction. The advanced four-needle, six-thread seamless stitching technique creates a smoother experience, eliminating the irritation often caused by thick seams. Additionally, the outer thigh seams have been removed, and the inner thigh seams have been shifted forward, greatly enhancing comfort during activities and walking.
Versatile enough to be worn as a base layer, loungewear, or even pajamas, this thermal set can adapt to various occasions, providing both style and practicality.
