This project is located at a triangular corner site of an old building in Banqiao District, New Taipei City. The existing round-shaped advertisement structure was utilized, incorporating the brand's striking color—bright orange—to create a vivid and youthful image that leaves a strong impression on passersby.
The brand's core concept revolves around the idea of a "national hotpot," catering primarily to families. The design prominently features orange and yellow as the main color tones to accentuate the space. Each store is connected to the local lifestyle of its region, presenting a "local kitchen" strategy. This strategy transforms local scenic imagery into space, resembling beautiful scenery. Creative design elements are introduced on various facades, such as assembling food frames, using warm typography, and creating visual tension through structural deformations. The overall design aims to convey the brand's respect for the dining experience and customer satisfaction.
To reinforce the brand's "local kitchen" concept, the kitchen's serving area features Italian handcrafted white and gray bricks as the primary materials, expressing cleanliness, brightness, and warmth. This design element is intended to provide a comfortable experience for customers.
Eco-friendly materials with green certifications were chosen, focusing on melamine board and paint. Formica melamine boards, bearing the 'Healthy Green Building Materials' certification, emphasize consumer health, safety, and environmental sustainability. They meet health green building standards with low formaldehyde and total volatile organic compound emissions, ensuring they are safe for human health and environmentally friendly.
