Garden at home

The site is an old apartment, named "Garden at home," signifying the designer's vision of the space as a garden. In this private garden, the residents are the gardeners, patiently waiting for the vibrant flowers of life to bloom in the fertile soil. Another aspect of the design considers the apartment's location on the second floor, with windows framing the treetops and the blue sky with white clouds. When people sit by the window, they can enjoy a view as serene and comforting as a garden.
To evoke the impression of a garden, the designer chose earth-toned artistic paint as the base. The varied textures of the paint subtly reference the clean soil of a garden. Curves create divisions within the space, delineating areas such as the foyer, living room, and dining room while maintaining a sense of connection between them. The comfortable scenery allows residents to feel relaxed while working. The designer reserved the window views for the home office area, ensuring that the home is not only always warm but also offers the most enchanting views.
