Shenzhen is known as the City of Thousand Parks. The project is located in Guangming District, Shenzhen, with a superior natural environment and close proximity to Cuihu Park. The surrounding forest coverage is high, and the project further integrates the forest environment into the park. At the same time, the main customer group is young people. The project starts with the living conditions of young people and aims to create a healthier and higher quality of life based on their living needs. The project is designed with the story of Vienna Forest as the design concept, taking the forest environment under the Yue River to create the ultimate luxury residence. Let life hide in nature, find oneself in nature, and integrate into the Eastern aesthetics of returning to simplicity. Due to the small space of the site, the landscape adopts the gardening technique of "seeing the big in the small", using winding routes to improve space utilization and achieve the spatial effect of "walking and changing scenery". Through spatial integration, connecting the living scenes of the park with flowing landscapes, creating a paradise in the depths of flowers. The project was inspired by Johann Strauss' waltz "The Story of the Vienna Woods", which depicts the scenery of the Vienna suburban forest. On the morning of early summer, tall branches singing birds and trees lined the ground, and girls played and danced in the forest, as if they were in a fairyland. The landscape will recreate the beautiful scenery of the forest depicted in "The Story of Vienna Forest" and the lively life scenes of people singing and dancing, integrating music and art into the venue to create a romantic and elegant living atmosphere. According to the five chapters of the waltz "The Story of the Vienna Forest", which feature different gentle rhythms and melodies, the project's landscape space is integrated and divided into five different functional landscape spaces, namely the morning overture, variations under the forest, chords of light and shadow, sonatas of floating islands, and the final chapter of forest language.
