The Corner

The Corner is a vertical home with a triangular geometry situated in an exclusive coastal area. Its façade, a combination of deployé metal and concrete, reflects a minimalist and contemporary aesthetic, resembling a loft anarchically built upwards. All rooms offer impressive sea views, connecting the interior verticality with the exterior marine expanse.

The private garage features polished concrete floors and stainless steel walls. A lacquered metal staircase, blending seamlessly with the rest of the walls, with a deployé metal railing, along with an interior elevator, provides access to the various levels that make up the project.
The master room features a concrete envelope combined with mirror-like coverings, creating a visual duplication with panoramic sea views. Textured concrete walls and dark metal furniture complement the bed, which blends with the flooring.

The triangular kitchen made of stainless steel and concrete connects with the geometrically shaped foyer. Its mirrored covering creates a visual duplication of the sea in contrast with the hand-polished countertop and other metallic coverings.
The open-plan living room, with a height of four meters, includes panoramic intramural windows, textured concrete walls, and brushed concrete floors, connected with the exposed structural elements. It connects with the upper rooftop through a horizontal window that provides impressive natural light to the space.
