Integrating local cultural characteristics, the design connects the spatial narrative with a touch of green based on the expression of mountains and rivers, gradually pouring the beauty of "secluded nature" into it.
The space writes a slowly flowing poem with a peaceful narrative rhythm. Black and white are the deep background colors of Jiangnan poetry and the colors of mountains and rivers. Taking black and white as the main tone, this case interprets the most essential beauty of the natural residence.
The designer builds he public space into a multifunctional social space with various functions, but the space doesn’t look cramped. The living room is the core of the space, and dining areas and tea tasting areas are set up on the left and right sides, showcasing the elegance and taste of Jiangnan scholars.
The sofa area is in face of the window. The layout of the details changes, guiding people's eyes to a broader world. Gazing at the green mountains and blue waters outside the window, people will naturally form a field of broad mindedness. Sitting inside, people can not only overlook the distance, but also interact with both sides, carrying out intimate interactions with family and friends.
In the overall public space, the designer re-creates a “partial” layout relationship between the outdoor balcony, restaurant, and kitchen. While fully considering functionality, the comfort during meals is further expanded. Push open the sliding door, the wind comes in and out freely, and the “charm” of the space flows between inside and outside. The fragrance of food is mixed with the freshness of nature, and together they form the true taste of life.
The designer always adheres to the pure approach of nature and reserves more space for residents to create by themselves.
The daughter's room, set against the color of the log, reveals freshness and elegance, showing the beauty of an undisturbed space. The light orange and pink color embellishes it, illuminating the girl's inner imagination of the world. The desk also functions as a dressing table, and the perforated wooden wall can be used for your own design.
