This project features a single-family villa that evokes the experience of a vacation in Europe. The design is centered around creating as a private clubhouse with diverse recreational and entertainment options. The villa is built with a multi-level layout, including a two-story garage on the basement level (B1) and the first floor. From the second floor upwards, the interior space includes three suite-style bedrooms: a master’s bedroom, a secondary bedroom and a guest room. The layout incorporates a user-friendly vacuum pneumatic elevators for senior-friendly accessibility, complementing the interior staircase.

Due to the climate, the entire villa is equipped with an underfloor heating system. Premium natural woods like Burmese and African teak are used, shaping three-dimensional contours and relief lines, interspersed with marble, cultured stone, various specialty tiles, mother-of-pearl, titanium-plated metal, silk leather and accentuated by eco-friendly paints to enrich the layers. The villa seamlessly transitions between English, French and Neo-classical styles, exemplifying elegance and understated luxury.

The entrance foyer features intricately patterned stone flooring and a decorative display cabinet, introducing a stunning French-style suite. The living room boasts of a layered circular dome ceiling with gilded trim panels and an octagonal window angled towards the TV wall, exuding grandeur and panoramic views. Behind the sofa, a combination of a fireplace and a display cabinet enhances the diffused lighting effects in the dining room. The basement is designed to evoke an English pub scene with its solid wood base, cultured stone, blue-gray walls, rustic tile flooring and leather sofas. The open layout includes a 180-degree rotatable TV wall, entertainment and light dining areas, offering a lavish and immersive European Grand Tour luxury experience.
